Amanda’s Way is a registered business name for services provided by Amanda M. Smith. All services, liability coverage, and billing are conducted under the legal entity of Amanda M. Smith.

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions, Audio/Visual Release, and Waiver of Liability ("Terms and Conditions") relating to your participation in the Foundations in 10 online course (the "Training") provided by Amanda’s Way and/or Amanda M. Smith (“Company”).

By purchasing this Training, you (the "Attendee") signify your acceptance of and obligation to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or participate.

Terms & Conditions of Registration

• This is a one-time purchase and includes lifetime access to the Foundations in 10 course content.

• By purchasing this course and agreeing to these terms, you also agree to receive occasional email and SMS messages related to your course access and future offerings. Your information will never be sold or shared. We comply with California and GDPR privacy laws.

Attendee Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is required in all live or online sessions, comments, or group interactions. Amanda’s Way reserves the right to remove access for any participant engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful conduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

No Recording, Pictures, or Video
You may not record, photograph, or replicate any portion of the course. Unauthorized recordings or captures will result in removal and possible legal action.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All content—choreography, workouts, sequences, names, coaching cues, and structures—are proprietary. You agree not to teach, share, reproduce, or distribute this material without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action.

Audio/Visual Release
You consent that the Company may use recordings or photos from live or online sessions (if applicable) that include your image, voice, or likeness for marketing or educational purposes, without compensation. All materials remain the property of the Company.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved first through non-binding mediation in California. If unresolved, binding arbitration will follow under American Arbitration Association rules.

Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time by Amanda’s Way. Please refer to our website for the most current version.

Informed Consent Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of participating in this Training provided by Amanda M. Smith (doing business as Amanda’s Way), I (the "Attendee") acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I am responsible for consulting my physician about any health concerns prior to participation.

2. I understand that this training may include physical activity and assume all risks associated with it, including the risk of injury.

3. I voluntarily release Amanda’s Way and its representatives from all liability for injury, harm, or loss incurred during or after participation.

4. I agree not to file suit and to indemnify Amanda’s Way and its agents from any resulting claims, including those involving third parties.

5. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I have the option to discontinue at any time.

6. I am 18 years or older, or am registering with parental or legal guardian consent.

7. I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver freely and voluntarily. This agreement remains in effect for all interactions with Amanda’s Way in connection to this Training.
